JIA TRAINER CENTER – แอปพลิเคชัน ACLS มีผลบังคับใช้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 5 มีนาคม 2568 | Effective: March 5, 2025


1. ข้อมูลทั่วไป | General Information

แอปพลิเคชัน ACLS พัฒนาและให้บริการโดย JIA TRAINER CENTER (jiacpr.com) เพื่อเป็นสื่อการเรียนรู้และทบทวนขั้นตอน Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support สำหรับบุคลากรทางการแพทย์และผู้สนใจ

The ACLS Application is developed by JIA TRAINER CENTER (jiacpr.com) as an educational tool for reviewing Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support protocols for medical personnel and learners.


2. วัตถุประสงค์ | Purpose

แอปนี้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อ: (1) ทบทวนและฝึกซ้อมโปรโตคอล ACLS ในรูปแบบดิจิทัล (2) เป็นแหล่งอ้างอิงอัลกอริทึมการช่วยชีวิต (3) ประกอบการฝึกอบรมของ JIA TRAINER CENTER เท่านั้น

3. เงื่อนไขการใช้งาน | Terms of Use

ผู้ใช้ตกลงว่าจะ: ใช้แอปเพื่อการศึกษาเท่านั้น / ไม่คัดลอกหรือนำเนื้อหาไปใช้เชิงพาณิชย์โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต / ไม่แก้ไขหรือวิศวกรรมย้อนกลับแอปพลิเคชัน / ไม่ใช้แอปแทนการรับรอง ACLS จากองค์กรที่ได้รับการรับรอง

By using this App, you agree to: use it for educational purposes only / not copy or commercially exploit content without permission / not modify or reverse-engineer the application / not substitute this App for formal ACLS certification.


4. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิดชอบ | Disclaimer

JIA TRAINER CENTER ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อผลลัพธ์ทางการแพทย์จากการนำข้อมูลไปใช้กับผู้ป่วยจริง ความเสียหายจากการใช้หรือไม่สามารถใช้แอปได้ และความไม่ถูกต้องอันเนื่องจาก Guidelines มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง แอปให้บริการ "ตามสภาพที่เป็น" (As-Is)

JIA TRAINER CENTER is not liable for medical outcomes from applying App content to actual patients, damages from use or inability to use the App, or inaccuracies due to Guideline updates. The App is provided "As-Is" without warranties.


5. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา | Intellectual Property

เนื้อหาและสื่อทั้งหมดในแอปเป็นทรัพย์สินของ JIA TRAINER CENTER คุ้มครองตามกฎหมายไทย โปรโตคอลทางการแพทย์อ้างอิงจาก AHA Guidelines

All content is the property of JIA TRAINER CENTER, protected under Thai law. Medical protocols reference AHA (American Heart Association) Guidelines.


6. การเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไข | Changes to Terms

JIA TRAINER CENTER ขอสงวนสิทธิ์แก้ไขเงื่อนไขนี้ได้ตลอดเวลา โดยแจ้งผ่านเว็บไซต์ การใช้งานต่อเนื่องถือว่ายอมรับเงื่อนไขใหม่

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

1. ข้อมูลที่เก็บรวบรวม | Data We Collect

แอปอาจเก็บ: ข้อมูลการใช้งานแอป (หน้าที่เข้าชม, ฟีเจอร์ที่ใช้) / ข้อมูลอุปกรณ์ (ระบบปฏิบัติการ, ประเภทเบราว์เซอร์) / ไม่เก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่ระบุตัวตนได้ โดยไม่ได้รับความยินยอม

We may collect: App usage data (pages visited, features used) / Device information (OS, browser type) / We do NOT collect personally identifiable information without consent.


2. วัตถุประสงค์การใช้ข้อมูล | How We Use Data

ข้อมูลใช้เพื่อ: พัฒนาและปรับปรุงแอปพลิเคชัน / วิเคราะห์การใช้งานเพื่อประสบการณ์ที่ดีขึ้น / ไม่นำข้อมูลไปขายหรือแชร์กับบุคคลที่สามเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์เชิงพาณิชย์

Data is used to: improve the application / analyze usage for better experience / We do NOT sell or share data with third parties for commercial purposes.

5. สิทธิของผู้ใช้ (PDPA) | Your Rights under PDPA

คุณมีสิทธิ์: เข้าถึงข้อมูลของตนเอง / แก้ไขข้อมูลที่ไม่ถูกต้อง / ลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล / ถอนความยินยอมได้ตลอดเวลา / ร้องเรียนต่อ PDPC หากพบการละเมิด

You have the right to: access your data / correct inaccurate data / delete personal data / withdraw consent at any time / file a complaint with the PDPC if a violation occurs.
